BOOKING PROCEDURES and CANCELLATION POLICY

A booking is confirmed after receiving of a 50% deposit and deposit slip faxed or emailed to us. Deposit to be paid within 7 working days after confirmation of availability, unless a fixed date was given for payment, the balance of the amount must be paid on arrival.

· Deposits and/or payment are refundable only if cancellation is received in written notice, within 14 days prior to arrival, less 10% admin fee. GOLFRIVERHOUSE reserves the right to cancel the booking, without notice, in case the requested deposit is not received within the given time.
